  <td class="text"><STRONG>Customer Relationship Management (CRM) <BR>a success at Sch&uuml;lke &amp; Mayr!</STRONG> <BR><BR>
<DT><STRONG></STRONG>
<DT>On 9 November 2005 Sch&uuml;lke &amp; Mayr once more gained 2nd place in the CRM Best Practice Award in the category Business to Business (business customers). <BR><BR>
<DT>The renowned CRM Best Practice Award is awarded every year at the CRM Expo in Nuremberg by the exhibition organiser “asfc” and the specialist journal “acquisa”. The CRM Best Practice Award honours particularly well planned and successfully implemented examples of CRM practice. <BR><BR>
<DT>This year’s award had as its motto “CRM – what employees really implement”. The jury is made up of renowned, internationally famous CRM specialists, and it awards gold, silver and bronze in each of three categories. <BR><BR>
<DT>Sch&uuml;lke &amp; Mayr were awarded the prize in the Business Customers category for its joint CRM software project “Sailor” in Special Additives International. The solution is currently being used worldwide by more than 83 employees in sales, marketing, product management and research. It all began eight years ago with three users. At that time, Sch&uuml;lke &amp; Mayr were looking for a way of making international customer structures transparent and being able to process customer enquiries in a more efficient and effective way. <BR><BR>
<DT>The CRM council of experts produces an annual report in the production of which Sch&uuml;lke &amp; Mayr, together with 28 other well-known companies, has taken part through an employee questionnaire. S&amp;M occupies a place considerably above average, and is among the 3 performance leaders. 
<DT>We want to build further on this level of achievement!<BR></td>
